Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Leader with extensive experience in SAP HANA and ABAP for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in S/4HANA migration projects and will be responsible for leading technical teams, implementing best practices, and driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SAP HANA/ABAP development projects from initiation to completion.

- Oversee and participate in the migration of systems to SAP S/4HANA to enhance functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.

- Ensure the successful execution of project deliverables on time and within scope.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical information and project status.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HANA and ABAP environments.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA and ABAP development.

- Proven experience in S/4HANA migration projects.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual).

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
