Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with over 8 years of solid experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Test, Postman, SQL, and Qtest, alongside a comprehensive understanding of compatibility and integration testing.

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for various applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and define testing strategies.

- Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing test cases, defects, and project progress.

- Conduct compatibility and integration testing to ensure applications function across different environments and platforms.

- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Report testing outcomes, creating comprehensive documentation of test results and defects.

- Utilize JAWS application for accessibility testing and ensure compliance with ADA standards.

- Implement and work with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks to enhance testing practices.

- Stay updated on industry-wide technology trends and best practices to continuously improve testing methodologies.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effectively addressing issues as they arise.

- Multitask and prioritize tasks with urgency while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Collaborate with large, cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and understanding across the team.

 Requirements:

- 8+ years of strong experience in manual and automation testing projects.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Test, Postman, and SQL.

- Familiarity with Qtest and its functionalities.

- Experience in compatibility and integration testing.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and reporting processes.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with JAWS application, ADA Testing, and BDD frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.

- Ability to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in large, collaborative teams.
