Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Senior FICO Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing the Controlling module of SAP, alongside a robust understanding of financial operations. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP CO module to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide expert guidance in SAP FI/CO best practices for financial planning, reporting, and controlling processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the FICO module, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.

- Train and support end-users in best practices and advanced functionalities of the SAP FI/CO system.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates to stakeholders.

- Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements and adaptations for the business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior FICO Functional Analyst, with a focus on implementing the Controlling module.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
